Thank you for shopping with Lashae Luxe Co. each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lashae Luxe Co. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Lashae Luxe Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lashae Luxe Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate any necessary claims.

Return & Refund Policy

At Lashae Luxe Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our handmade skincare and body care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lashaeluxeco.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will review your request and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

To Be Eligible for Review

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Photos of damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be requested.

 

Please Note

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

  • Natural variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

  • We do not issue refunds for personal preference, scent preference, or dissatisfaction with a product after use.
